    Export the board from Trello

    Open the board menu, choose Print, export and share, then Export as JSON. JSON keeps checklists and members; CSV also works on paid Trello plans.

    Open Import a project in Planmoor

    Sign in, choose Import a project from the dashboard, and upload the file. Planmoor recognises a Trello export by its filename and structure.

    Check the preview

    See the phases (from lists), the cards as tasks, checklist items as subtasks, and which members match people in your workspace.

    Create the project

    Name the project, set the client and dates, choose whether cards in done lists are marked done, and create it.

Questions people ask

Should I use JSON or CSV?
JSON. It is available on every Trello plan and includes checklists, labels and members. CSV export needs a paid Trello plan and carries less.
Trello has no dates on most cards. What happens?
Cards without a due date are placed inside their phase in list order, so you can drag them into shape on the Gantt afterwards.
Do labels come across?
Yes, as tags on each task.
