Terms and Conditions for Planmoor

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Planmoor at https://planmoor.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

Planmoor is project management software for planning, scheduling and delivering client projects, including client portals and electronic signatures.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service (projects, documents, client data). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.

4. Electronic signatures

Documents signed through the Service record the signer's name, email, signature, timestamp, IP address and browser, and a cryptographic hash of the signed content. You are responsible for confirming that electronic signatures are valid for your documents in your jurisdiction.

5. Payment and cancellation

Paid plans are billed per seat in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, or interfere with other users.

7. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will email account holders about material changes.
