This Privacy Policy explains how Planmoor ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use https://planmoor.com.

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email address and, for paid plans, billing details processed by our payment provider. Project data you enter: project details, tasks, documents, client contact details and signatures. Usage data: pages visited and actions taken, used to improve the Service. Web cookies: used to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. Why we collect it

To provide the Service, to send transactional emails (invites, calendar invites, signature requests, signed copies), to support you, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

3. Client and signer data

When you add client contacts or send a document for signature, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share their details with us. Signers' name, email, IP address and browser details are recorded as part of the signature audit trail.

4. Where data lives and how long

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers. We keep account and project data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymise it within 90 days of account deletion, except where we must keep records by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We will email account holders about material changes to this policy.
