Where Planmoor fits
Every proposal is a deal on the pipeline with a stage, probability, close date and next step. The client opens it without an account, picks a package and optional extras and signs on the page. You see when it was opened and which sections were read, and signing moves the deal to won and raises the first stage invoice, synced to QuickBooks Online.
Cost sits beside price on every line, so you see the margin on a job before you send it. See proposals.
Where Proposify fits
Larger sales teams that run Salesforce and need proposals approved before they go out.
Pricing
Planmoor Pro is $9 a seat a month on annual billing or $12 monthly. Agency is $19, or $25 monthly, and adds quotes on your own domain and white-label. Founding prices of $6 and $12 apply to annual plans until 31 January 2027. See pricing.
